I wasn't passing 4K though just 1080P. So I do not know if it will but I will certainly try if it will. I haven't had any handshacking issues whatsoever with these. Works great

The DVI series cables can get a bit confusing so I would research the different types of DVI connections to learn which cables can work with the DVI connections you have. Some connectors may look a bit different but still may work. BUt for DVI-D-to-HDMI Cable, this one is great!

I purchased this to connect an older monitor I found at a thrift store to use as my 2nd monitor on the side, and so far it has worked just fine with 0 issues!
