simple way to add an ext monitor to my computer

The laptop only had HDMI port for an external monitor.

However the new monitors I purchased only had HDMI and other capability. This cable did the trick and the video quality is superb.

A bit pricier than I wanted, but it was in stock, so worth it not to wait for shipping.

Works Exactly as Expected

Needed this cable for the second input. Works great.

Just what I needed

This adapter looked like a good fit. And sure enough - when I needed it to facilitate a mounted in-place ceiling projector, it was just the connection I was looking for.

Purcahed for PS TV

I didn't know that there was some sort of HDCP protection on the PS TV, so I would have had to buy something else. I ended up using it as a cord for the extra monitor I have for my computer. It could have been longer.
