This cable works and is likely the least expensive cable you will find stocked in a store when you need one on short notice.

Attaching a new monitor to an old school desk top

Got my second monitor up and running

I checked Amazon for a comparable product and found this to be just as good of a deal and available for local pickup so it was a huge win to be able to get it right away and get it from Best Buy. I am finding more and more often that Best Buy has what I need in stock and ready for same day pickup at competitive prices. They have definitely stepped up their game in computer accessories.

No luck pushing anything higher than what the box says, 1080p. Giving it 4 stars because it did what the box said it would do.
