I needed a way to connect an Apple laptop to an older monitor. I purchased a usb-c to hdmi connector and an hdmi to dvi adapter. They worked together and solved my problem.

The Eizo has only one display-port and 2 DVI-D output ports and the Mac Mini has one HDMI, two USB, and 4 Thunderbolt ports. I connected the male DVI-D connector to the Eizo monitor and the HDMI end of the cable to the Mac Mini's HDMI port. I have had no problems with this connection.
