My B & N Nook would not charge and I thought that it had to be replaced, especially after calling customer support. However, I took a chance & went to a B&N store, they tested it & told me I simply needed a new cable.So, instead of spending hundreds of dollars, I walked to Best Buy, bought a new cable for around $20.00, and am sending this review on a perfectly charged and functioning Nook.

I needed a new charge cable -- the ones I had prior to this were older and charging was slow (to recharge my phone, I would need to charge it overnight). This is exactly what I needed. The charging time has dropped drastically, and with the length, I can wander a bit farther with my equipment when I am charging.

Good lengthy and durability. Nice to have the ability to sit comfortably while charging and using phone.

Look, I'm just doing this for the points, but the cord does exactly what it's supposed to. It's nice and long so it can go where I need it to go to plug into my mouse. And since it's so long, it stays on the floor, well out of the way of being tugged out or tripped over. It's also pretty robust. Good cord, get one if you need one!

Good product. Sturdy. Long cord allows you to do stuff while plugged into wall.

Extra long 6' cable length is very convenient. The cable itself is more robust than cheaper USB cables. Additional benefit is the Insignia brand is owned by Best Buy so if the cable fails within the warranty period the Geek Squad can evaluate it and replace the cable on-the-spot if the root cause is covered under the warranty terms.

I just needed to replace my charging cord for My Samsung Galaxy phone. The Best Buy team member took me to the exact location of the product. The cable is 4 feet long and the perfect length for charging anywhere. They had 4ft. and 10ft. available. It is compatible with the original charging system but does not provide the fast charge option like with the original charger.
