I thought I needed a new charging cord for my portable charger, so I purchased this cable. It works just well with my portable charger. This cable was also affordable at a reasonable price.

I bought this cord to extend the mini cable length that came with my phone to a longer one. I can now look at my phone in bed while it is charging instead of having to continuously unplugging it and plugging it back in.

I use this primarily in my car. The charge is fairly fast (phone went from 12% to 55% in about an hour). I really like the length of the cord. If someone else is driving, I can easily be in the back seat and use my phone while it's charging from the front.

I am sick and tired of using USB-Micro USB cables that stop working after a short time. This Insignia cable seems much more durable. I highly recommend it.

I have gone through a few other brand USB micro cables. And well, I needed more cables. They always seemed to break. This one however being smaller at the micro end doesn't have the lip that would always break on the others.
