Does not work with out wiggling cable at PC

It works but the connection to the PC is very sensitive and must be wiggled to operate at times. It may be in the adapter needed to change to the micro. I do not live very close to a Best Buy so I have not been able to go to a store to see if they would replace this cable.

It works fine with the monitor but does not work with the TV. I am not sure if is the TV or the converter. Since I mostly use it with the monitor, it works fine.
