It's not perfect but for the price it's great. I didn't need an industrial shredder with all the bells and whistles but if I can get a few years of use I'll be happy.

Good Shredder for the price. It does seem to overheat pretty fast and I would recommend no more than three pages at a time.

I wanted something at home just to shred some personal stuff and this does a phenomenal job. For the price it's just what I needed, if I wanted to shred 100s of pages at a time I'd probably spend a lot more but this is all I needed.

It is a bit difficult to place paper for shredding. Im sure its only a matter of getting used to it. My previous shredder was different but no question this shredder is just the right size and much faster

Used it several times since purchased. No jams and did an excellent job. Recommend sitting in box when emptying basket to prevent cleaning up paper overflow.

This shredder is powerful, does a great job with cross cutting multiple sheets of paper at the same time. Also is rather quite in operation , and looks good, blends in nicely in my office. And the price was in the ball park!

Basic, but It does the job, which is what I was looking for. A simple shredder that shreds a few things here and there.

Works well for light duty shredding but will shut down if you shred for more than 15-20 minutes. Great for home or small office, but for for an office that shreds a lot

Excellent shredder, powerful. It will shred > 10 pages at once but you can hear it isn't happy. Great for a home office, for someone that needs to shred a few dozen papers at a time.

This is a decent paper shredder for home use. It precisely shreds credit cards along with documents. Wished the run time was a bit longer.

We have purchased several shredders in the past and they always break too easily. This one looks like it is built to last. This shredder is fine for home use.

The first time I used it did over heat quickly. After that first use I haven't had any overheating problems since. I'm happy with the product so far.

I believe this is the first Insignia product I have given an average score. It’s a decent shredder for the price, but it does seem to overheat too quickly. I have to be careful with how much I shred and how many sheets I shred at a time. If you are ok with that, this is for you.

Works great. Only problem is that after a few sheets you have to pause a little, otherwise it gets too warm and shuts down. Then you have to wait 20 min for it to work again.

If you can get it on sale it's the best bang for your buck. Mine was 20$ and I can't be happier. For a home environment or personal use, it does an excellent job.

I now can shred all my private papers that I do not need to keep, but want them not to get in the hands of anyone else, so I just shred them so easy with my Shredder! Love it!!! Had it well over a month now!

Good for home use. Shredder works fine, but do not overload it as it warms up quick and the safety switch shuts it down to cool.

Finally decided to invest in a shredder to help get rid of all the junk mail that seems to pile up week after week. Works great, no issues so far. Use it daily to shred up my info on unwanted junk mail.

The shredder does a good job. Shreds multiple sheets with ease. This is a little smaller than I wanted but it gets the job done.
