It gets the job done and works well for smaller amounts of paper it heats up if u over do it

The unit does take 6 pages at a time. Has very short work cycle of 2 minutes per 30 minutes. It 's ok if you don't have a lot of shredding to do.

I shred average household amount of personal documents per month, this shredder is compact enough to fit my space limitations, yet powerful enough to do the job.

Bought this shredder when our old one died. Not s sturdy as the housing is all plastic, but seems to be doing well and keeping up with our needs.

It heats up after 10 minutes but I just need it for home use. Definitely would not recommend for office. I just use it for mail I want to throw away with my info.

Love the capabilities, I can shred paoer or cards, please note this shredder cannot shred those heavier credit cards.

Can't shred for a very long time because it heats up & stops. wait 20 mins. & you can start again. The instructions tell you this.

I love the cross shredding which I did not have in my previous shredder but this one is a lot louder then that one. Otherwise, I love it and use it daily. Glad I bought it.

I first bought this as a gift for my dad so he didn't have to keep cutting with scissors. I liked it so much that I purchased myself one and tossed my old shredder. I like the window feature and the way it cross shreds papers.

Great shredder for the money and it truly shreds everything! Plus it has a built in safety feature that lets you know when it’s full so that you know when you need to empty it.

I had an old unit that could barely shread 2 pcs. at one time. This machine does a nice job with 5-6 pcs. I think 10 pcs seemed like it made the machine work too hard. Fed it a couple old credit cards and it handled it with no problem.

Inexpensive yet is able to shred plastic cards and CDs. Handle on top makes it easy to lift and move to empty bin. Turns off when not in use to save energy.

It's a little loud.. But still love itIt's a little loud. This survey is more frustrating because of the 50 character minimum amounts in the review... Really 50... Most people will not finish the survey

I am very happy with this purchase. I initially debated between this one and a more expensive one that made thinner strips and took more pages at a time, but this version works perfectly for the amount and type of documents I have at home.
