It says up to 10 sheets but my personal experience in the past with others products they just break or clog quicker. This thing is great and handles 4 to 5 envelopes at a time that's a little ticker. My kids enjoy it as well helping me out.

I purchased this shredder online after reading other reviews on the site. I am pleased with the purchase. The shredder works much better than I hoped. I do recommend using shredder lubricant to prolong the life of your shredder

I broke my daughters Paper Shredder and wanted to replace it so I went online to review before purchasing. She has used it many times now and is very happy with the Shredder. Matter of fact, I will be purchasing the bigger model very soon.

Good household item. It quickly took care of the high backlog of paper waiting to be shredded. Very happy with the quick clearing of piles of paper!!

This little shredder does a pretty good job for the money spent. The only way it could be any better is if it was a confetti type shredder.

I got this because I needed to shred a lot of paper. It worked great even with max paper in it. It really did the job. Can't beat it for the price.

Out of box works really good. Seems to be very well built and does the job for me. I've replaced several shredders in the past...it pays to spend a little more to get a quality unit to perform this security issue.

Small but powerful. Have been using it for some major shredding and it has kept doing a great job. The fact that it has a feature to indicate when it needs a break is a plus.

Works great have not had any problems with it. It dose over heat if you use it for like 40 mins straight so you gotta give it breaks if you have a ton of papers to shread.

I have had three famous namebrand shredders which all started out great; however, they didn't last. I decided to try Insignia at a much lower cost, great cost! It's too early to determine the longevity, but the price is great.

I've put a couple credit cards through it and about 40-50 pages (not at one time) and have no complaints. It is pretty heavy so maybe that's a sign it's well made? The handle to lift it out of the basket is a nice touch.

I initially ordered this machine along with some other products through the BB website. Once it was delivered, opened the box only to find that the top part (the shredder) was missing. Called customer service and told me I can return it, just print out the label. Unfortunately, don’t have a printer and most stores are closed during the pandemic. They sent another one which is working with all the necessary pieces, but having to return the other one is gonna be a headache.

So my old shedder started to clog all the time. I was wondering how soon before it overheated and caught fire. I have to say I like my new shedder better. As much as you can like a shedder. Works great no problems. Thanks

Works fine, but sometimes the shredder blades need to be cleaned. If not the shredder makes alot of noise and runs very slowly. Other than that it great!!!

works as described so far. Nice large bin and window to see how full it is. Will actually shred a credit card which I thought was surprising. Overall so far so good!

Very nice paper shredder. Small grey color shreds fast without a problem. The shredder says it can shred up to 10 sheets of paper but I do not recommend no more than about 5 or 6 sheets of paper.
