I had accumulated a lot of statements to shred. The shredder shut down after a while of heavy use so I unplugged it, waited a while and it has worked since. It struggles with more than 5 sheets, depending on the thickness and toughness of the paper. Not for heavy use. Also, messy to dump the can. Shred is rather large for a crosscut.

This one is much,much better than the old one. Works faster, smoother and takes less time to shred items.

Sturdier and sharper than the previous shredder I've had; prefer crosscut feature, plus sleeker style.

Excellent for what I needed if you’re looking for a a small personal type of paper shedder this is it don’t look any further. Price was also good when purchased.

I had a very old shredder, and it was on its way out. I purchased this shredder,for its ability to shred credit cards and CD's. We had it for about couple of months now and we love it.

Have used this shredder a lot. Does good job. Have to empty often & the shredder top is rather heavy to lift off to empty.

Its a good shredder for its price and if you not shredding to much cause it overheats pretty quick

Works great! I've had it for about a month, and I don't use it that often, but enough to make it worth the purchase. Has yet to overheat on me.

This product was efficient. It was easy to use and did a good job. Easily handled envelopes and 6 sheets at a time.

I like the crosscut for security. This shredder is quite and fits perfect in the small space in my home office.

Does a good job but for some reason is the shrillest shredder I have ever used. As long as you can handle the noise it’s a decent device.

I have had this for months and it works great. It is nice to know personal information will not go past this item. No reason to take chances, it is inexpensive and durable.

Wow cheap shredder but amazing shredder shreds everything even my dignity bc I cannot afford anything nicer but this gets the job done.

I had this shredder in college and it lasted me 4 years (+1 year moving out). It lasted so long I bought another one after it started dying. This is a great shredder!

Small/convenient, however does overheat after relatively short amount of use of shredding large number of documents
