I haven't used it for that long a time, but so far it's doing the job intended. I like the way it cuts the paper smaller than another model I use elsewhere and it seems to do a very good job on plastic cards.

looked for a cheaper shredder for the house for a while and bought this. Has worked good so far

Does well to cut but overheats very easily and requires extensive periods of time to cool down

My old shredder jammed constantly and I spent more time clearing than shredding. This shredder takes cards and six pages easily. The only problem is shredding accumulating around the blades.

Seems to work well. Filled the bin 5 times or so. Gets atleast 10 sheets at a time. Have to put papers in straight since it will pull to the side if you don't.

It does one thing. It shreds paper. Okay a couple things. You can put things on it. It will hold a door open or shut. So incredibly versitale.

Quiet compared to my previous shredder. Works very well and is easy to operate. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this new crosscut shredder because my old one stop working properly. This shredder has been working well so far.

Was kind of skeptical due to the size and price but after plugging it in and trying it out I was very satisfied. It performs better than expected. Would definitely recommend.

This crosscut shredder is really good and very necessary when you need to cut many important documents or letters with personal information.

This shredder is the perfect size for our home, it is of good quality and handles our shredding like a champ. It is the quietest shredder I have ever owned!

When I was looking for a paper shredder for my needs, I did not want to break the bank or take up tons of space in my home office. Furthermore, having little kids, I did not want one sitting on the floor where they could stick their hands in it. I found this one while standing in line to check out and loved the price. I also loved the fact that I could put this on my desk with out it taking up tons of room. Does a great job cutting through the maximum amount of paper it says it can, 6, and shreds unwanted cards with no problem.

It works well and easy to use. It comes with easy instructions and a cinch to set up

So far so good. Seems to work well as advertised. Hope it lasts longer then the last one I had.

This item was a great help ridding our kitchen table of junk mail. works great and even shreds plastic credit card offers. has decent capacity and easy to empty. compact in size, can be placed under work table.

This is really a very dependable shredder. You can shred several pages at once without stopping. Holds quite a bit and also has a reverse if things get stuck but haven’t had to use it.

It slices and dices. It does the job. It shreds your pages. Simple yet useful.

Good value for the money. Compact doesn't take up much room
