Shreds just fine, but the pieces come out rectangular, which isn't the best. At least they're small. I was able to shred nearly non-stop for about 15 minutes without overheating. Overall it's okay. Next time I'll probably shop somewhere else for my shredder as Best Buy doesn't have much of a selection online, and only 2 choices in stores near me. If you just want something cheap this is fine.

Bought and used it for a month. Good so far. It's a 6-sheet shredder so try not to put more than that at the same time. Easy to use. I haven't found any problems yet.

I don’t find it particularly loud and I really like how it ruins a few seconds after the last page awaiting the next one. None of that annoying start stop stuff.

I bought this as a replacement because a different brand I had before always got jammed. I love the paper feed and the way it is concealed on the top. I really am enjoying this product

This is so far a great shredder. It works fast and even doesn't get jammed when I pit thicker papers through it. So far it is beating my expectations.

It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it performs well for the price. You can't do too many pages at a time.

I purchased this new crosscut shredder because my old one stop working properly. This shredder has been working well so far.

I've had no issues with this product. Works like a charm as long as you don't treat it like an industrial shredder

It shreds properly only cons is taking out the shredded papers it was heavy lifting the top , but nonetheless it works very good.

So far the shredder has worked very well even know it's takes a little getting use to the side feed opposed to a top feed Shredder. Other than that no complaints.

I love this shredder better than my other machine from K-mart just love it to death feeds it and it eats just about anything well just about anything worth the money.

Good little personal paper shredder. Works well. Not for commercial use though.

No problems so far with medium usage. Tackles 8-10 pages with ease. No problems shredding credit plastic cards or cds. I feel good about this unit as compared to others I considered purchasing.

Got it on sale as a deal of the day but it works so much better than I expected! The only criticism I have is that it's too heavy and does tip over and spill every easily but still works great overall

Works fine but ver loud and noisy. However, easy to use, not a problem.

Very nice paper shredder. it shredded all my unwanted documents nicely and it even does cards.

I have this item for over a year now and it works just as well today as it did when I first got it.

This shredder works great. I absolutely love it. It is a little noisier than I would like but works great. Sometimes clogs up if you let it build up too high inside, but that's the same with any of them.

This shredder works well. Just make sure not to push in thick amounts of paper or envelopes. Follow instructions.
