"Auto" Setting Seems to Mean "On", not "Auto"
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After owning this paper shredder for a few weeks, and thinking the auto setting worked great, I woke up once in the middle of the night because the shredder was endlessly running (shredding nothing). After giving it a few more tries to redeem itself, I decided there must be something wrong with the sensor and had it exchanged. I just brought the new one home today so I'm not sure if it's a problem with all of the shredders (maybe the sensor gets stuck or something), or if this one was defective. I guess I'll find out soon enough. On the upside, it's quite small so it can easily fit under a desk. It was quite inexpensive. And they let me exchange it in store.
