Other than that it does what a shredder is supposed to do.

I had quite a bit to shred and thought for sure I'd burn it out. The paper does tend to get stuck in the mechanism which would cause overheating. Again, I HAD A LOT TO SHRED! I would unplug it, clear the area and after 30 minutes it was back to work again. It got the job done and it's still working like a trooper.
