It's very loud, and even though it claims to be able to shred 10 pages simultaneously, but does so with a little effort. Would recommend heavily discounted, but not full price.

The shredded paper gets stuck in the blades and does not fall into the bucket and has to be pulled out by hand. The bucket should be larger so it can hold more paper.
