Occasionally clogs itself up but it is easy enough to reverse the cluster of pages part out. Simple set-up but as I only recently purchased it I can't speak to the longevity of it. The collection basket is rather small so it fills up quickly - I would have preferred it to be a wee bit taller.

Best shredder ever.
