Heavy duty, good for destroying the paper

Don't plan on shredding too much at one time. Good part with that although, there is an "overheat" indicator light. When that is lit, shredder automatically stops. Good for saving motor. Again, plan on shredding a little at a time. Motor gets hot quick.

Not the most powerful

Don’t expect it to shred an entire semesters worth of work in minutes of course, however for its size and price, it takes care of the basics. It can shred about 10 sheets at a time.

The reverse function is necessary while papers get jammed. If you do not mind its loud operation sound it is a good buy.

We had quite a bit of paperwork to shred at once and it handled it like a champ, did have to let cool for a bit at one point but that's only because of the amount we had to do. I like that it shreds numerous sheets at a time and the credit card feature is nice. Easy to clean and empty. Had it for a few months and I love it.
