I have purchased several shredders a couple being more expensive than this one and I must say this is my favorite. It doesn't jam like some of the others, cleans easily and it's small size makes it easy to keep in a corner without the place looking cluttered.

Very easy self explainatory shredder, good price for it being a cross shredder those are usually more expensive than this one, however it is a little small but gets the job done. Good pick for the price

Size is good and function minimally sufficed my expectation. However, it is a bit noisy to shred the paper. But it can be compromize between quality and cost.

It does everything it says it will do, including credit cards and CDs. All shredders made some kind of noise but this one isn't annoying and doesn't disturb other people when using it. Like the handle on it, makes it easier to empty the basket.

I was looking for a shredder of high quality that cold shred cd's and sheets of paper having paper clips . I have shredded LOTS! I was surprised at how well it worked for its purchase price. This was a real worth while investment.

This is a solid, basic shredder. It gets the job done. This shredder was easier for me to empty than other shredders I have used before.

For a relatively inexpensive shredder, this one works just great. Shreds paper, and old credit cards. Also has a reverse feature. I like the clear window too. Has not overheated. I recommend this shredder. It is manufactured by Best Buy.

This is a great shredder for the price. Handles a good number of sheets and does not heat up quickly. It is a little noisy, but bearable. Would recommend it for moderate shredding.

Due to the concern of throwing away any mail or papers with our personal information I decided to purchase the Insignia Shredder. I had never used a shredder and I am really impressed at the way this shredder can destroy so many pieces of paper and similar items. I had a credit card that had some illegal charges on it and they recommended I close that account and open a new on. I did and I due to the personal information on that credit card, I shredded it in this shredder. I looked at the shredded pieces and there was no way anyone could find my personal information.

Like the shredder. The only negative about it, is if you are shredding a lot of things that it gets hot and will stop. So you have to let it cool off before it will begin to shred again.

The Insignia shredder is simple to use, and does not take up too much space in a home-based office. It's easy to dismantle and even easier to empty its contents. Additionally, the price point is very reasonable for the quality of product.

This paper shredder was on sale from best buy for a very good price. I bought it on line and picked up in the store. I have used it already several times, works very efficiently, shreds credit cards etc. I like the design and the size, fits very well for my requirements.

This shredder shreds all my important documents with personal information really well. Easy to use and the paper rarely gets stuck unless too much is put in. The buttons are labeled and it’s not difficult to use.

Noisy but effective. This shredder works great and as advertised but should be used in a home office only. It is not for a place where you need quiet.

We love this new shredder, and so do my family members who come over to use it! It shreds several pieces of paper at a time, also does credit cards, and seems very safe to use. Easy to empty and has a window to show you when it's time to empty. Great price for all of this!

The shredder does everything it is supposed to, without any frills. Only complaint is that it seems to be louder than previous shredders I have had, but I don't run it that often.

I got this shredder when it was on sale and could not beat the price. I had been shopping around for one but just didn’t want to spend a lot and I need it to be big enough. It is perfect. I work from so this works great for that and for personal use as well

This shredder works just as advertised. It handles up to 10 sheets of bond paper, CDs/DVDs and credit cards. Feed the CDs and credit cards in one at a time. I recommend regular use of shredder lubricant on all shredders to keep them performing well for years.
