Cons: You can't put a bag in the bin, so it's a little messy to empty. It has a carrying handle, but it does not lock the two pieces together. So that makes it not "portable friendly."

Okay if you are shredding only few pages a day.

Better than most

If they both make a little over a year, they are worth more than some of the more expensive ones I have purchased that just don't last more than a couple of months more than the warranty period.

Insignia Crosscut Shredder

It's much smaller than the old one but I am very pleased with it so far. I appreciate it's not as heavy as my old one as I have arthritis. I've used it on multiple days now and have had no problems with it. It's done exactly what I bought it to do.
