Does exactly what it’s suppose to do

The only thing I don’t like is that no matter how hard I try, when I go to empty it, there is always shredding stuck to the top and I end up with a small mess on the floor

Works well & well designed

They did not mislead me, as the unit works as it should and appears to be well built. I especially like some of the design features, like added space for shredding a credit card, a window to see when the shredder needs to be emptied, and maybe most useful, a hand hold to make it easy to remove the top for emptying the unit.
