Good value, quieter than expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The motor and mechanism are quieter than I expected. This really will shred through 10 sheets of paper. The only downside for me is that the paper must be inserted through a narrow horizontal slot, which for me means stooping low if the shredder is on the floor. I suppose this design is for safety reasons: it would be difficut to accidentally catch something in the mechanism.
