An ok shredder

If I use it more than 3x a week, it becomes temperamental and needs to be baby-sat to ensure all the paper gets shredded. My shredder has now reached the 3 year life span and is now almost operational. My Geek Squad purchase has passed so I can't get a replacement and I need to buy another one. Does not shred even when lubricated and I use the lubrication sheets weekly! Leaves many papers whole and I have to go through the bin to find those that did not shred to cut them up. It makes a long loud noise as if it's breaking apart...so I guess 3 years is it's max.
