It's very LOUD!!

She said it was way too loud compared to the last one she had. She will be returning the product unfortunately.

Good for personal small use

Much smaller than I anticipated. But it does the job so far. It can handle about 4 papers at least with much issue. Should be okay foe personal shredding use.

Great home office shredder for minor jobs

Has a credit card slot to shred also. There is a clear window in the front of the catch bin to see how full it is. I would recommend for regular household shred jobs.

Does bog down if more that a few sheets are put in at once but again not using this for anything more than home use.

This shredder fits the bill very well. Would have given it 5 stars except the sheet feed slot is just a tad small so I just have to fold things in half.
