    First shredder I've bought that actually shreds a credit card. First used it nonstop for 40 minutes straight and never had it stop for overheating. Eats 5 pages at a time with no problem. A little noisy, but I don't expect it to be quiet.

    I love it!! It works great!! Its the first one I have ever had and it is very efficient. I feel must more safe being able to shred my documents instead of putting them in the trash. Very happy!! Great customer service as always, thank you, guys!!!

    I had to purchase new Shredder. This only do basic shredding. Have to clear papers that get stuck in blade and it can over heat.

    Its good for able 20 minutes shreddering than it easily over heat and shuts off. Even using 6 sheet at a time the shredder will over heat.

    This shredder works well when only used lightly. If you use it heavily it will overheat, requiring it to be unplugged for at least a half hour. This will work fine for a small home office.
