    My old reliable paper shredder broke recently. I purchased another brand at a competitor. It broke in one day! I then purchased the Insignia 10 sheet cross shredder on line from Best Buy. I got free shipping. The shredder works great!! No problems or jams,plus it isn't loud :)

    The shredder does exactly as advertised. The only reason I'm not giving five stars; It's awkward and messy to empty the bin. The shredder needs a little more thought to ergonomics.

    i love shredding paper! you can't go wrong with this affordable shredder. I got one for my mom a while back and it's still going strong. I would caution you against trying to shred thick amounts of paper at once. if you're looking for that, you might as well lay the papers on the floor and get a lawnmower over it

    This shredder does exactly what the description details. However, you need to get used to the slot you put the items into ... it's narrow, and is at a slight angle. But once you've used it a few times, its not a problem.
