    Upon opening the box and assembling it, I noticed that there were 2 tiny pieces of shredded paper in the shredder's teeth. Other than that, the shredder works great but it is louder than any shredder I've ever owned.

    Great machine, while buying I couldn’t find a spot where it said if the machine was battery powered or plug in powered. It recommended to buy 4 D batteries so I did. When the machine arrived it showed it was plug in powered and I Bought the batteries for nothing.

    I bought this for about half price in a deal of the day. Basic shredder and good if you are doing just a dozen or so sheets a day. Don't shred gummy labels. If you are doing a lot of shredding in an office, don't be a cheap idiot and buy this. Buy a real heavy duty shredder. This is NOT a HD shredder

    This is quite an upgrade from my old shredder...kind of like a Cadillac vs. a VW Beetle. Works great and love the fact it also shreds credit cards very smoothly. Surprisingly quiet compared to other models I've tried.
