This shredder says up to 10 sheets,but I would not. It bogs down and struggles with that thickness. It did cut a single credit card and it handled a staple without issue. I bought it at the store, but when I got it home it had clearly been used. As long as it worked, I didn't care. I wish the can were larger or that it could be used on a generic can. It shreds into about 1x.25 inch pieces. Messy to empty as it instructs you not to use a bag in the can. I think I will try that next time though.

I would definitely recommend this product. One thing I did not like is the shredding outcome, which was a mistake on my part for not reading that specification. It would be better if it shred into smaller pieces but otherwise it works well.

needs to have a larger basket - as we speak the current basket needs to be emptied often as it isn't large enough for large volume shredding

This is a sturdy work horse of an shredder. My only complaint is that the opening to load paper to be shredded is a bit awkward. Otherwise, it does the job!

This cross-cut shredder is quite effective. It is heavy-duty and sheds paper into very fine pieces. The trash receptacle is of medium size and adequate for many sessions.

This shredder is very strong and I have even used it for credit cards. The feeding slot is kind of deep and takes getting used to . I think this was well worth the cost.

I totally love this little machine it allows me to safely dispose of important documents without worrying about any possible privacy issues! I highly recommend this for anyone who has important information they have to dispose.

I liked everything about it except it was not big enough for all the papers I would want to shred . Apart from the size it’s good quality.

Took forever to find it in store. But after asking 3 different associates, finally found it. Also, make sure shredder part is snapped into place on the trash can part or else it doesn't sense it is ready for shredding.

I followed the instructions and put the minimum amount of papers in the shredder at one time. Papers constantly get jammed and are very hard to remove. I found myself empty the container every 20 sheets to avoid the jams. I even rewound the cutter after every feed to assure no shreds were trapped and the shredder still seemed to jam up. Spent more time trying to remove jammed shreds than actually shredding.

This shredder is really great! It is very powerful and easily shreds thicker items like credit cards. The shredder does not overheat quickly either. Highly recommend.

Good shredder, won’t take more than a handful of pages at a time and fills up quickly. For my home office it does the job.

Works well and is no noisier than other shredders I’ve used, but I tend to go for cheap ones at home. It’s probably not suitable for a busy office and the instructions make it clear it will overheat easily if you jam in too much for extended periods.

This shredding machine us the most quite I have ever used. The cut pieces are at a level I have ever seen in a similar machine for the price! A must have for people who want to get rid of sensitive documents without loosing ones identity!

Bought this to replace a 20 year old strip shredder. It’s not only relatively quiet, it’s much more effective at reducing those tax returns you printed out to unrecognizable confetti. Does the job.

This shredder has been working great for years. It shreds into tiny Peaces that would be imposable to reconstruct the paper.

Not a bad shredder - crosscut is better security for your documents. cycle time is a bit of a bummer

This shredder is a great deal for the price, it is much smaller than I imagined but packs a lot of power. Can easily be placed under a desk or within a small corner.

The shredder is very small in size and feels as if it may even be made out of a cheap material but it gets the job done and I've yet to have any issues.

Documents are shredded into really small pieces making it almost impossible for someone to get any information from shredded documents.
