Very nice shredder. MUCH quieter than my old one. I like the fact that it can shred through staples. There is a lot of items that I would have to remove the staples before shredding...not anymore!

It is much louder than my previous shredder which was not an Insignia. Also it does not grab small documents easily.

The shredder is good for home use. Small container that the shredded documents go in, which means frequent emptying. Other than that. Good.

I bought this to shred paper & cardboard. So far it has exceeded what I expected. I used the shredded items as bedding for my different farm animals. It shreds up small so it’s exactly what I wanted.

It does the job with little effort. Takes a lot of paper to fill up to the window section before emptying.

Works well. Paper slot is a little too deep so smaller pieces of paper have trouble going into the shredder. They have to be pushed with another piece of paper.

Exceeds all expectations I could have for a paper shredder in this price range. I needed a personal home use shredder for low volume, works perfectly for that.

Best Buy has great customer service. You sell great products and prices are reasonable. You offer warranty's and you honor your warranties. I always recommend Best Buy when friends and family have to make purchases, big or small. Your the best!!

Works very well but not for four or more sheets. I have used it a lot and it continues to work.

Does what a shredder does, shreds stuff, its really good at it, might not do 10 pages like displayed but work fine

The shredder is small but works great for home use. Shreds all the junk mail and those pesty credit card offers.

Nice look, clear window at front wall of basket is very practical; it shreds the paper in much small pieces them my previous shredder who last for nine years.

This shredder does as advertised. The only downside is the angle the paper has to be inserted for the shredder to grab it.

It does exactly what it needs to do but I don’t like that I have to tilt the paper so it gets shredded. Other than that, it’s a great shredder.

It works as advertised. It’s not a $100 shredder and it’s not sold as one. I like it and it handles what I bought it for. My review and recommendations are based on the product I bought.

This is a ok product, but it leaves paper in blades. It is also not very powerful. It can only do like 6 papers at a time.

I gave this a 5-star rating because it works as advertised. And it's perfect for a low capacity, infrequent user such as myself. It hasn't jammed or over heated. Small footprint next to my tiny desk in my vacation home. I'd buy it again.

I purchased in 2019 and it is still holding up. A little smaller than I would like, but it gets the job done.

With constance use it heats up and stops runing. Have to wait hours to cool off.
