This little shredder is great for the few things I need to shred. It doesn't hold a lot but I've had it over a month and just now need to empty it. Since it is compact, I can keep it nearby so my shredding doesn't pile up anymore.

Ideal for small jobs. A solid paper shredder for personal at-home use.

Seems to have the power to shred as advertised. The only downfall is you have to line up the paper perfectly which is very frustrating.

Would be nice if it didn't overheat so quickly and would allow me to shred more papers quicker.

Seems to be a good shredder. Only issue I have with it is sometimes you really have to try to get the paper in the slot. Otherwise it works great.

Got it on sale and it's served me well so far. Of course if you're dealing with a large amount of paper to be shredded you should get a bigger one. But was well suited for me.

It's just a basic shredder, nothing fancy. It's extremely loud, and has a capacity of 6 sheets. A bit overpriced in my opinion.

This Shredder is what you need if you just shred one or two papers at a time. It has a large-ish waste paper bin, so you do not need to empty it every time you shred something. If you need it to run more than 30-40 seconds, it will probably get overheated and you will need to wait about half an hour to cool down. Also, it says on the box that it can shred 6 sheets at a time, but it just gets stuck with more than 2 sheets at once.

It’s ok for the money. The bin is roomy and fits about an 8 gallon size trash bag. No issues with this item.

I don't have to worry about burning or cutting my personal information paper. Just turn on and it does it for me and for the price great investment.

Good product, a little noisey but does the job. I'd recommend this product for home use, I'm not a business so can't say anything against it. It works great for me.

Works as described. Best thing it has a light telling you when it's overheating, and when it's safe to use again.

I was looking for a basic economical shredder for my home office, and I have been very satisfied. This shredder is quieter than the unit that it replaces, and has a reasonably large basket.

I thought it would handle staples without any problem. Instruction booklet says to use caution. I believe it has plastic teeth instead of medal.

This is a great buy! I've have shredders in the past, but this one is of very good quality, it even has a handle, which I wasn't aware of when I purchased it. Sturdy and worth the money.

For what you spend on it the shredder works great. Just make sure you have realistic expectations.

I had purchased other shredders at other stores (lower priced) and was always left with dissatisfaction varying from paper not shredding correctly to the run time or frequent paper jams. Great for home and small office

Over heated a lot! Could only do little jobs. If you have a lot to shed you might want to get a bigger one.

Does ok, doesn't cut 6 sheets at a time as stated. In a pinch it works but will opt for a better one next time.

You asked for it... This machine is rated for light usage at 6 pages at a time. That seems to be overrated. The published usage instructions were followed. The machine worked fine for the first few weeks, until after the Best Buy return date passed and packing materials were discarded. Now, one page will start getting the shredder jammed. After several sheets, the shredder head must be removed and pliers used to clear the jam. Some paper pieces are strip shred, instead of cross-cut. Cannot see any obvious reason for the malfunction and jamming. I have noticed this same machine, with minor appearance changes, sold by other vendors. I can only assume they are pitiful, also. Purchasing this machine was a waste of money.
