Great Shreader

This one replaces a Aptiva shreader I had and this one is faster and quieter. Plus my local store had it in stock so I ordered it online and picked it up on the same day.

Excellent Light Duty Shredder

Yes, it is somewhat noisy (aren't they all?) and the slot (hidden by the handle) is only as wide as a standard sheet of paper. It fits back into its safety catch without any trouble, and by using it as instructed I've never come close to overheating it.

Good simple shredder

could be better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.overheats quickly. clogs quickly, even with diligent page count prior to feeding it. staples MUST be removed from all items. post its must be removed too. fine for light use but is listed as 'heavy use'. I spend more time cleaning it out and waiting for it to cool than should. does not meet listed specs. if I had this purchase to do again, I'd get the other (better?) brand with the bigger bin.
