The big disappointment was in the capacity of the waste basket. The basket does hold about 5 gallons but the usable capacity for waste is closer to 3 gallons since the shredder itself takes up a large part of the capacity.

Home Office Shredder

I did that the first day and it takes about 20 minutes to cool. I only needed to that once because I was moving out. Now i use it once in a while and it’s perfect for a home office.

NOT LONG LASTING

The auto off switch quit working. I haven't used it very much since I've had it. I have owned 3 shredders that were cheaper and they are still working. Bought this because of the ability to take sheets. I have never put and more than 4 sheets thru it. It is not used for an office. Just for my my personal business. I could fix it myself if I had a diagram showing where the cut-off switch is located. The shredder fits so low into the waste basket, it fills up pretty quick. Need a bigger (taller) basket.

More than a few sets or more sheets it sounds that it is overworked and it gets auto shut for overheat. But for a couple of sheets, it is just fine. The cut of the shredder is perfect.
