I have already wore out two other brands thru the years. I only put three or four sheets through at a time and think this unit is struggling to shred this. I'm not expecting this product to last very long. should have picked a different unit on line

The mail send from credit card company envelope can’t get shred completely but i got this for 2 persons use!! Cleaning: You need to turn off the machine and than lift the 3lb shred machine to dumb the shredded paper
