I used this product immediately after purchase. I needed to shred a lot of old papers. It worked just fine. I learned you have to keep an on how hot it gets, and stop before it over heats. Also try not to shred more than two documents at a time to reduce heat build up.

This is the most efficient cross-cut shredder that I have owned. It is well worth the reasonable price and I am extremely pleased with it.

I really think this is the best shredder I have ever bought because it warns you before it overheats. And, you have a window to see how full it is getting.

This shredder is easy to use and easy to empty. It's perfect for home use. I had read reviews prior to puchase and can happily agree with those who liked it.

You get what you pay for here! Paper must be inserted at an angle and any more than 4 pages it slows and sometimes stops. Returned it to buy larger capacity, same brand, and is better due to larger cutters (10 page). We'll see how it holds up.

Very quiet operation. Wish it had a slot to shred CDs/DVDs.

It worked perfect for my needs! I don't shred a high amount of paper work. But when I do this shredder absolutely does the job! I will say it will not handle continuous shredding for a long time. I will recommend this to some one who has a few papers to shred a day not a heavy user.

Great size for a small apartment but don't plan on shedding more than 2 pages at a time and don't plan on shredding for more than 6 minutes at a time or it will overheat. Great if you only shred 4 pages a day

When my old shredder stopped working, it was a blessing. The old one was much too big for what I needed it for. I looked on line at Best Buy and found this shredder, ordered on line, and, when I got to the store, it was ready for me. So, far it has been working really well and it made it more easy for me to shred every day mail, etc. Now my associate wants one for his desk, also.
