    The first few months of owning the product it performed well, I was able to complete a lot of shredding here and there after moving into a new house. I've noticed over time, the machine tends to run Hot(overheat) after 2-3 minutes of use.

    My old shredder was so much better. The trash can is much smaller. This doesn't cut many pages. The motor just isn't very powerful. We are disappointed for the cost but we needed it. It will suffice and that's about it.
