I bought this cross cut shredder to replace and older one (different make and model)....very easy to use and doesn't jam up and also easy to empty.

Very happy with this shredder! First one I've had that doesn't over heat or jam and I have run it about an hour at a time!

The price on this shredder is amazing and it does a great job! Easy to shred my mail and papers with important information that are not needed anymore.

I was a little hesitant about buying a little shredder because they seem kind of hit or miss on whether they're any good or not but this one does what I need it to pretty well and is still going strong. I don't do any more than 5 sheets at a time, I take out any big staples and try to do no more than 3 sheets if the paper is super duper thick. I haven't tried any credit cards or things in it yet. Its a nice compact size so its easy to fit in a good out of the way place.

I shredded many documents and it did not clog or stop. I am impressed so far. I got it for a very good price also.

So far it has done well in shredding paper. It would be nice if it was larger, but again it is good for the price.

I love this cross cut shredder. It is a great shredder and so well worth the price. Glad that I went to Best Buy and just happened to check out the shredders as mine was terrible.

Good standard use paper shredder. Good household appliance at an acceptable cost.

Our old shredder would keep jamming up and we spent more time working on it then actually shredding important documents. This one was perfect right out of the box and it has been used constantly for days as we prep our home to go on the market and clean out unnecessary paperwork. Its nice just to go to it and it works everytime instead of unclogging it.

This shredder does great. Does what it needs to do. Seems kind of loud. Not sure if that's normal or if there's a quieter shredder. Other than that it's pretty great.

Gets the job done fast and easy Only con would be that the bin gets filled up too fast so you have to empty it often, but performance wise it’s great

This shredder works well. Hasn't overheated. Make sure you don't over stuff. It's good for the house and simple shredding jobs.

Searched for awhile to find a shredder that was reasonably priced yet solid to shred what I needed to deal with (not much) without jamming. Works well for the price.

I am very pleased with this product. Less noise than my old one too! It cuts up all you need... from paper to cards! Excellent!

Small and compact but does a great Job. The basket fills up quick but that is not a big problem!

Perfect shredder for small jobs. Seemed to overheat quicker than what i read in other reviews.

great size,easy to use and meets my needs, I have a small apartment so the size is great and easy to store
