It's not a fancy device with lots of bells and whistles. It's a low cost shredder that works fine and shreds cards. A little noisy but worth buying.

This item is small & fits is a small space. Works much better than the one I had from Staples

I've had several shredders over the years and I really like this one. It does the job and doesn't take up much space. Just waht I needed.

My other shredder was tiny compared to this one. It handles more paper and best of all it doesn’t over heat. Very compact when not in use.

The shredder does a decent job. A little slow and loud but not bad.

Basic shredder can handle multiple sheets of paper at once as well as credit cards. It says it can shred CDs but I haven't tried yet. Good value for home use.

It shreds great, its not that loud, shreds at a decent speed. Great price for a shredder and i like how you can see if its reached its capacity of being full.

It is perfect for home office. Great price and the performane is also decent.

It does what it”s meant to do, but it does tend to jam up and it overheats too quickly, It’s fine for small batches, but for major shredding products it takes time due to the limitations of page numbers, and then you have wait for about 30 to let it cool down after it overheats.

This is a nice paper shredder for the money. It's not fancy, but does a good job.

easy to use.....would recommend to anyone price is right

I had bought Insignia shredder but the smaller version, almost a year ago when it stopped working. Luckily, it was still under warranty so I bought the 10 sheet criss-cross version and so far it's performing great and is running smoothly. Hope it'll last longer than the smaller version. I would have preferred a different brand but Best Buy only carries the brand Insignia for shredders.

Seems to work okay. Have to push the paper in a little bit further than I'm used to to start the shredder, but I’m guessing this is a safety feature. It makes it a little more difficult to shred small pieces of paper though. It’s also a bit louder than I had hoped for since I was buying it in the hopes that it would be quieter than my old shredder.

It does what it does, chews stuff. I’m not so much into high security so the cut patter is fine. My gripe is being accustomed to a fellows version I had for about 10 years before it finally bit the dust. Was in a hurry to get one so called my wife who brought this home. I’m happy I have a shredder, still not happy it’s this one. Biggest gripe is that shredder motor sites on basket. Plus basket is covered so you can’t see when it’s getting full (or has gotten )

does the job for the price, noisy, but it's really cheap, overheats fast

This shredder really gets the job done. Paid very little for it compared to its rivals, and works just as well. 1 question, where is the sample motor oil?

Awesome product for home use. This is a personal use shredder for the home. Is a little loud but great product for the price.
