GREAT PRODUCT

It was larger than my old one, but in the price range I found acceptable. So happy I purchased this, it is extremely reliable and fast. The top is very heavy when you lift it to empty the container so you have to be careful and make sure it is securely placed back in position when you return it to the container. I would highly recommend this for a reasonable priced shredder that does the job.

doesn't do discs

After I owned it a while I tried discs of old photos. They just jammed it up. I finally got it unstuck and it worked fine after that. Thank you for the back up feature. It didn't work well but enough to help get it unjammed.
