I needed a shredder for small shredding and this little shredder does the trick. For the price point, it's great!

Excellent machine to shred paper, credit cards and CDs. It can be crushed up to three papers at a time. Good price.

It won't shred a ton of sheets at once of course but it works great and I've only managed to get it jammed once - which is pretty good considering this isn't an industrial office shredder. The bin is small and I filled 2 trash bags full of shredded paper in a day. I had been waiting to shred a huge stack, so having to empty the bin often was the only annoyance. It got through a mountain of paper though and chugged on.

Easy to use but got hot after use had a lot to shred

Before I purchased this shredder I read a few mixed reviews and I must say I am glad I did not follow them. This shredder does the job as advertised and as long as you don't go crazy and abuse it should not burnout or stop working. And as with any shredder, lubrication sheets are always a must on big jobs. 25 shredder bags later and its still going like a champ.

IT IS LITTLE NOISE BUT IT IS WORK FINE. I'M HAPPY WITH IT.

I needed a shredder to shred old DVDs and credit cards. This model does that (plus paper). For the price, it can't be beat.

This unit is smaller than my previous shredder, but more effective. The price was right: I'm not a business so I don't need anything more elaborate than a machine which shreds. It's fast and automatic. When the container is full, the top isn't so heavy that the shreds won't lift it a little to give you a hint so you can empty it and start again. All together, a good find and a good purchase.

Efficiently shreds sensitive documents. Works quickly and well even if you put the paper in a little crooked. The top part that actually shreds is a little heavier than I would like, but it delivers so I have no complaints. Has a nice handle for removing the shredder part and emptying the can. It can shred 1 CD or Credit Card at a time. Has three modes: Auto, Off, and Reverse. Threee lights that show: Power, Paper Jam, Basket Full. 10 Sheet Max at a time. Overall: Good bang for your buck!

This shredder claims to handle up to 10 sheets at once. I found that it hits its limit around 4 sheets. If you push it too hard, then it gets jammed and there is no easy way to get the paper chunks out once this happens. If you just need a shredder to periodically get rid of a few sheets at a time, this unit will get the job done.

This is a good entry level shredder, for the inexpensive price. It will effectively shred a few pages at a time, but can be overworked and jam fairly easily if breaks are not taken periodically. This is a good selection for people looking for value over total performance.

This item definitely comes in handy if you receive a lot of junk mail or if you need to tidy up here and there. The price is definitely why I purchased it. Don't forget to add Geek Protection to this item. I only gave it 4 stars because it overheats fast and doesn't shred as efficiently as I'd hoped.

I started going through an old file cabinet and realized I had way too many old files that just couldn't be thrown out so I did some research and decided on this shredder. It has handled everything I've put in it so far. While it will handle 10 pages at a time, that does slow it down, so I find it almost as fast just to put in five or six at a time. It also handles old cd's well but be careful of the small pieces of plastic that it creates. After emptying the bin I can still see small shards in the bottom.

Perfect for the simple stuff like personal mail shredding, this shredder is all you need for basic home use. A real bargain too.
