It works pretty well. No problems so far. Easy to use. Good for small rooms

This shredder is quick to set up, nice to have a window to see how full the basket is. It cuts smoothly. The only thing I would change is the slot where paper is inserted, it could be wider for easier use. I would buy it again.

Good for the price. Sometimes it gets stuck shredding if you place paper on the left side but never in the middle or right side. Better than the one I got on Amazon that broke twice though for sure. 4 stars because it is really good for the price but obviously not the best because of the price.

This shredder was easy to set up, easy to use and fit perfectly in the small area under my desk. Motor seems powerful enough to do multiple sheets at once. The top is removable which is rare which makes it easy to clear the inevitable jams. Wheels would be a plus but it’s light enough that it easily slides in and out as needed. The collection basket is a size that makes it easy to dump.

Amazing!! Especially compared to my other shredders who say they can take up to 10 pieces of paper and clearly cannot. On occasion I've stuck whole envelopes with Lord knows how many pieces of paper and it took it like a champ! Works very fast. If you have a ton to shred, it holds a whole lot more shredded paper than others I've seen and had.

Over the years, I’ve bought multiple Insignia brand products because of the price savings. I purchased this shredder because it was significantly less than the comparable “name brand” shredder. I’ve found I can shred 15+ documents at one time smoothly. I’ve yet to jam the shredder or see it fail. If you want to shred your bank statements, credit card statements, or any other sensitive document, I highly recommend this product.

Overall, this is a decent paper shredder. Although it doesn't come with much of a manual, it's very easy to figure out. The top is pretty heavy for soem reason but not a deal stopper. The angle at which you put the paper in the shredder is a bit off which makes it not so easy to use. Overall, still a good device.
