pros: shreds documents, CD's, and credit cards Cons; *small basket and fills up easily * 8 sheets really slows it down, 10 sheets the max is a crawl *overheats and stops shredding before basket is full *shredded paper becomes stuck in the grinder requiring you to turn the top over and manually getting all the paper out of the grinding mechanism before it will continue shredding. *Does not feed the sheets as easily as my previous shredder did * not a small cross cut. if shredding docs with ss# or account# they need to be up and down to separate the numbers. My investment papers on one side it printed horizontal and the other side is vertical so the account numbers are not shredded where someone can not see them. I am keeping it but would probably search more before buying this one again

This is an excellent shredder. I have had it for almost two years now, it is still working in excellent condition. Only time will tell, to see how much longer it truly last. As of right now, I am happy with this paper shredder.

Does an excellent job at a reasonable price. No complaints and I’d purchase it again

Useful for home use only. My only complaint is that it overheats too often if u have a lot of paper to shred and u have to wait until it cools down before you continue shredding. So I recommend shredding as often as u can and not wait until your stack is full.

Easy to use, and small enough for small areas. Gets the job done.

This shredder works great. It is meant for using 10 sheets at a time. I normally just do 6-8 sheets at a time and it shreds like a charm. I have used it with staples and no problem. I tried a credit card and it shredded it effortlessly. It is not that noisy at all. I let it shred for about 10-15 minutes and it didn't heat up at all. I know that I will get lots if yes out of this shredder!

i've had this shredder for 2 years, it works great, it shreds credit/debit card without getting stuck, it shreds paper very easily, i like this shredder. i haven't had any problems with it.

Good price, 10 sheets is a good level to get things done. Don't have to worry about staples, does credit cards. Only drawback is small receptacle, but for the price and durability it is well worth it.

I have a large volume of junk mail with my information on the envolopes which I prefer to shred. In addition, credit cards and other items which require a strong machine. This unit has proven from the start to perform as expected. I recommend highly. I was going to purchase a more expensive model, but was fortunate to save money and get the performance with this unit.

I shredded a garbage bag of papers and the shredder did not overheat or jam like the ones I had in the past.

overall it does its job and works. But anything more than 3 sheets and it does not like it. Also prepare to spend a good bit of time, if you have quite a bit. After a good 5 minutes or so, it overheats and has to be left alone for 15-20 minutes.

GREAT SHREDDER FOR HOME USE. WORKS VERY WELL AND DOES NOT JAM. A BIT LOUD, BUT I CAN LIVE WITH IT.
