This is an adequate shredder but it's not a great one. I've only used it once but I don't see any way that it can handle 10 sheets at a time as it seems to struggle a little bit with half that number. In the middle of shredding tax documents it simply stopped. Apparently it over-heated as it did continue to work after I'd let it sit a couple hours. I was not happy with the way it was packaged as the box clearly had opened during transit and the shredder had come out of it. The delivery company put it back into the box but didn't do so correctly. Fortunately it does work but perhaps that's why it doesn't work quite as well as advertised.

Nice shredder, right size for home shedding. Not to loud, works good.

I have not used this too much as I don't have a whole lot of shredding but I do like that you can put at least six sheets in at a time, this is more than what my other shredder did. It says that it will take credit card or CD's but I don't think that I will do that as I need it to last a long time.

Works fine and gives the impression of power to shred anything you put in it. Only drawback I've found is it's difficult to get the item you want to shred in the correct position to shred it - the motor turns on but then you have to fiddle to get the item in proper position to shred.

the size is enough for home use, though it is loud.

I’m on my 4th shredder and this one was just the right price to pick up another. It has a safety lip which is nice so you can’t really overload it at one time and also has a opening at the top so you can easily remove the shredder part with ease. So far so good.

This is small bit work as designed. I don’t have any issue using this.

This shredder was a gift for mom. Her larger strip-cut shredder stopped working after 10+ years. She wasn't sure about the compact size, but after a few days she got used to it. This shredder is so much better than the old one. It is quieter, it cross-cuts, and it has a handle to lift the top off for emptying.

I use this shredder everyday after the mail runs and it works great!

This does everything as stated. Shreds paper and credit cards. Easy to use.

Product is vvery good, does not get jammed up and very easy to handle.
