Easy to use and does a great job for the price would recommend

This shredder was a gift for mom. Her larger strip-cut shredder stopped working after 10+ years. She wasn't sure about the compact size, but after a few days she got used to it. This shredder is so much better than the old one. It is quieter, it cross-cuts, and it has a handle to lift the top off for emptying.

Bought this shredder based on other reviews but I guess my expectations were greater than its ability. If you have a handful of mail to shred, it is okay and does well with credit cards. But if you are cleaning out old files and need to do some aggressive shredding this would not be my first choice.

This is my fourth shredder and it seems that by trying to save money I was getting "what I paid for". This is middle of the line and shreds very well without jamming. It could be a little more sensitive to start shredding when using flimsy receipts. Other than that I hope it lasts me more than a year.

Shredder is a little quieter than old one. It works great. Easy to use. Great value.

I was looking for a tough but affordable shredder after having a similar model for 10 years. This one is working great so far! I had a big stack to shred that had piled up, and it did overheat after awhile, but cooled off quickly and was back up and running. It's perfect for my every day needs!

A portable cross-cut shredder was required for use between my home office and as a back-up to my larger, main stationary unit. Shredder is quick and efficient and definitely serves its purpose.

I've had this for a while and i can definitely say it can shred more than 6 sheets. I'm not saying like 20 but probably around 10? Its never jammed on me once. Just sucks how the can is a bit small so you'd have to keep clearing it out. But other than that, I love it. Is it loud? I mean, its not quiet.. it's a shredder lol.

I’m on my 4th shredder and this one was just the right price to pick up another. It has a safety lip which is nice so you can’t really overload it at one time and also has a opening at the top so you can easily remove the shredder part with ease. So far so good.

Works fine and gives the impression of power to shred anything you put in it. Only drawback I've found is it's difficult to get the item you want to shred in the correct position to shred it - the motor turns on but then you have to fiddle to get the item in proper position to shred.

Shreds great and the price is very good. I recommend this shredder to others.
