It's great for casual paper shredding

If you're going to shred multiple pieces of paper for an hour or so. Don't. The machine will overheat after some minutes and it's better to just destroy the paper with the hands.

Good Shredder

It has a safety lip which is nice so you can’t really overload it at one time and also has a opening at the top so you can easily remove the shredder part with ease. So far so good.

Good but not great

I've only used it once but I don't see any way that it can handle 10 sheets at a time as it seems to struggle a little bit with half that number. In the middle of shredding tax documents it simply stopped. Apparently it over-heated as it did continue to work after I'd let it sit a couple hours. I was not happy with the way it was packaged as the box clearly had opened during transit and the shredder had come out of it. The delivery company put it back into the box but didn't do so correctly. Fortunately it does work but perhaps that's why it doesn't work quite as well as advertised.
