I'm not saying like 20 but probably around 10? Its never jammed on me once. Just sucks how the can is a bit small so you'd have to keep clearing it out. But other than that, I love it. Is it loud? I mean, its not quiet.. it's a shredder lol.

That's why I didn't give it 5 stars. Other than that, it has the same features, such as shredding credit cards. So it does the job we need it to do.

Decent shredder that gets it done.

It is small so fits under your desk with ease. My only issue is that it is impossible to empty without spilling an annoying amount and a decent amount gets stuck in the shredding part.
