Runs as it should. Good little shredder

It has a little trouble with more than a couple sheets, but it does the job. Definitely not for constant or large batches, but works well for occasional at home.

We had no difficulty at all with the credit card shredder portion. For those who are shredding only a few documents at a time, this is a great buy.

In hindsight, I would have bought a machine that would have handled 14 or so sheets at a time.

Only issue I have is that the shredded paper tends to ball up underneath the mechanism and I have to open it up and clear it our more than the last shredder I had that failed.

I received this by shipping online. it was on time and made it more accessible this way since I was not in a hurry to purchase it but it was delivered within 5 days. Replaced a Fellows brand which kept jamming and died one day after the warranty expired. So far I shredded 57 thirty gallon garbage bags of material with no issues and it's still going strong.

The Insignia 6-Sheet Crosscut Shredder is small enough to sit next to my desk trashcan but large enough to shred those confidential documents.
