I've used this for about a year now, and have had 0 issues. It's advertised that it can shred 6 pages at a time, but it does tend to struggle. I usually shred no more than 4. As long as you take care of it, and lubricate the blades every now and then, you should expect this to last a long time.

Needed a new shredder and wasn't looking for anything fancy just something to get the job done. This is actually a very good one for the price. I like the fact that I don't have to remove staples as I did with my old one.

Our needs were very light duty, and this shredder fulfilled our needs at a good price. It is not an office type shredder, but is great for daily mail. If you run it long, it will overheat, so I suggest considering your specific needs prior to purchase.

I just hope it lasts. I got this using my Best Buy rewards program certificates and paid basically nothing for it, after all the discounts. So very happy about that. It's working great so far. It's shredding everything I feed into it without any problems. I'm not sure about this brand, however. I guess only time will tell.

i bought this shredder to replace a fellows shredder that stopped working. This shredder is perfect for small home shredding jobs. I also like the added credit card slot for shredding as my old shredder couldnt do that. It performs well and i havent had any issues with paper jams as i have had in the past.

This shredder does what it's advertised to do, but is fairly noisy, not crosscut, and struggles somewhat at 6 sheet max capacity. About what you'd expect at this price point.

Solid shredder. Use a lot on bills and other private documents.?I’ve jammed mine up a couple times but that probably operator error. Definitely get the oil sheets to keep it running smoothly.

This works perfectly. Shreds up to 10 sheets of paper, CD/DVD's, credit cards . . . really almost anything. The waste bin is large, has a reverse switch in case something does get stuck (although I've never had that happen

It works smoothly without overheating or jamming. Previous shredder started to malfunction after shredding credit cards. This machine takes shredding the plastic cards in stride. So far, I have not spent any time trying to unjam paper caught in the metal blades. This shredder is living up to its good reputation.

Great for the job, and easy to use for cards and cds

I'm in love with my new shredder. It's so quiet and efficient that I'm looking for stuff to shred so that I can use it. The microcuts make the waste so small that more papers can be shredded as they take up less space than the conventional cutting shredders. It's one of my favorite purchases and I'd definitely buy it again!

This is a pretty good shredder for its price. The only thing is you have to stop and clean the blades every once in a while or it won't continue. I am happy with my purchase though.

This shredder is awesome. Handles everything we feed it and asks for more. Quiet compared to my old one. Handle on top is very convenient for emptying. Size is perfect for home use. Would definitely buy another.

Great office equipment Great job of shredding any document and even cuts up credit cards except the Chase Sapphire that thing must be made out of titanium !! Hint hint don’t shred a Chase Sapphire credit card
