The unit is light and a bit noisy but does it's job well.

Excellent little shredder. I tested the muscle of this thing by putting several expired credit cards through it along with thick advertisement envelopes. This shredder had no problem tearing them to pieces.

Use it as a backup shredder. Works great. Easy to use. I would recommend one that can handle a larger workload. Otherwise great product.

Needed a paper shredder to shred confidential documents and was specifically looking for one that would cross cut. This does the job well, being able to handle several sheets at a time and can also cut through cards.

This is a good basic crosscut shedder. I put three sheets at a time and it seems to able to shed with no problem. Best Buy beats its own sale price and I am able to get the additional discount.

It was tax-filing time and I needed a shredder to destroy documents containing private, confidential information. I liked that this model can handle 10 sheets of paper, CDs, DVDs, paper clips and staples.

I have owned this shredder for 3 weeks. It is good for home use. So far so good. Good if it holds up, which is my main concern. Find it struggles with more than 5 pages.

This shredder suits my needs to a tee! I just have daily 'junk mail' and things with my name on that I do not want to put in the trash. Have not had a bit of problem with it so far and the little window is very helpful in keeping track of how full the basket is getting.

Love this shredder! Quick and seamless cuts! Was able to get cuts through multiple sheets of papers and even through credit cards.

Good shredder, only downside is that it does overheat pretty easily and paper gets stuck on the shredder. Overall good if you need to shred a few things

It doesn't overheat as easily as other shredders do. I used it for an hour, and the only thing that caused the process to go longer was that I had to keep emptying the bucket into a larger receptacle.

It fits nicely under my desk, and does its job as far as the shredding goes. It's just a bit loud and overheats if you do more than 15 pages!

This shedder is the best one I have ever purchased.The crosscut size actually is smaller in size then most. Almost as small as a micro cut. The head is easily removed with the built in handle when ready to empty the container. Maybe a little bit louder but not enough to bother anyone for a few minutes.

The shredder works great, the only down side is feeding the paper in it, the opening is small and you have to make sure the paper is lined up properly to get shred.

paper shredder worked well for personal paper shredding, probably not good for business use due to the small sheet allowance and overheating after awhile

Does the job, but not something for heavy shredding. It heats up and you will have to give it a rest. Great for a few sheets here and there, easy to clean.
