we use it maybe every 2 weeks, and it works great. just follow instructions and dont put more than what is allowed at a time. at first i was going too fast between each set of papers and it got warm, so since then i take my time between sets and its ok.

Works great for what I bought it, no issues. A bit noisy.

For the average home, this is a great little shredder. It handles easily up to 8 pages and can handle 9-10 pages with a little strain. This is not intended for large shredding jobs or sustained use past 30-40 pages (in batches of less than 10) at a sitting.

This is a good basic crosscut shedder. I put three sheets at a time and it seems to able to shed with no problem. Best Buy beats its own sale price and I am able to get the additional discount.

This is a pretty good Shredder and it can handle 6 pieces of paper but it struggles a little bit with thicker paper. But we like it a lot better than the whole trailer we had because it does horizontal and vertical shredding

It fits nicely under my desk, and does its job as far as the shredding goes. It's just a bit loud and overheats if you do more than 15 pages!

It was tax-filing time and I needed a shredder to destroy documents containing private, confidential information. I liked that this model can handle 10 sheets of paper, CDs, DVDs, paper clips and staples.

It doesn't overheat as easily as other shredders do. I used it for an hour, and the only thing that caused the process to go longer was that I had to keep emptying the bucket into a larger receptacle.

This shedder is the best one I have ever purchased.The crosscut size actually is smaller in size then most. Almost as small as a micro cut. The head is easily removed with the built in handle when ready to empty the container. Maybe a little bit louder but not enough to bother anyone for a few minutes.

This shredder suits my needs to a tee! I just have daily 'junk mail' and things with my name on that I do not want to put in the trash. Have not had a bit of problem with it so far and the little window is very helpful in keeping track of how full the basket is getting.

I have owned this shredder for 3 weeks. It is good for home use. So far so good. Good if it holds up, which is my main concern. Find it struggles with more than 5 pages.

I like the shredder a lot. My only concern is that the shredder has some left over paper in it like best buy sold me a used shredder as a new one. There has not been any actual issues with the performance of the shredder.

Use it as a backup shredder. Works great. Easy to use. I would recommend one that can handle a larger workload. Otherwise great product.

paper shredder worked well for personal paper shredding, probably not good for business use due to the small sheet allowance and overheating after awhile

Excellent little shredder. I tested the muscle of this thing by putting several expired credit cards through it along with thick advertisement envelopes. This shredder had no problem tearing them to pieces.

It is very easy to use runs good easy to dump A+++

The shredder works great, the only down side is feeding the paper in it, the opening is small and you have to make sure the paper is lined up properly to get shred.

Good shredder, only downside is that it does overheat pretty easily and paper gets stuck on the shredder. Overall good if you need to shred a few things
