This shredder suits me good. It has been a big help to me with the work I do. Sometimes I let paper accumulate, but now I can shreed it and don't have a lot of paper taking up space in the trash.

easy to use, great size and protects my personal info

Very good for light shredding. If you have reams to shred get a larger unit. I only have a single sheet occasionally with SS # or other personal data that I need to shred. This a great for the smalll job.

There is really no challenge to using this great basic shredder. It comes with it's own waste basket and will handle 5-6 regular paper sheets at one time. Unlike some of the older models, it does put the paper into to tiny pieces, and I like that for security.

Assembling was easy. I love the size of the shredder.

This little shredder is great if you have just a few things to shred. It works for about 5 minutes before overheating. You then have to wait at least an hour for it to be ready to shred again. I was able to shred about two large garbage bags worth of papers before it totally died. Also, it is not what I would think of as a crosscut as there is no cross cutting. It fit my purposes and is what I expected based on other reviews.

Does the job, but not something for heavy shredding. It heats up and you will have to give it a rest. Great for a few sheets here and there, easy to clean.

When our old shredder died we looked several places for a new one that would fit in the space we have for it. The one that worked best was the Insignia. We have been able to use it to shreed old tax information and anything that needs shredding for our protection. All in all it's has done a great job.

I'm very happy to be able to shred my documents, credit cards. This shredder is what I've been looking for. Make sure you follow directions 6 sheets at a time anything more it will stop working.

My mom had been looking for a small, quiet, shredder. This popped up as the deal of the day and we jumped on it. It turned out she had looked at it thought it was too expensive so it went on sale, I bought it for her and she LOVES it! Best purchase for a surprise gift for my mom!!

Love this shredder! Quick and seamless cuts! Was able to get cuts through multiple sheets of papers and even through credit cards.

This shredder is fast and I didn't spend all night shredding paper. I was doing some cleaning and had years of old paperwork. Ended up with multiple garbage bags full of shredded paper. I still had to take breaks every now and then when it got a little hot but works great and very fast

This in house shredder is just what my demands called for. It by accident that I saw this item, while I was shopping for something else. I purchased the shedder and not what I went there for. It's been exactly what I needed to take care of items that I would not just throw away.

This does do the work. It shreds cards as well which is pretty impressive. On the other hand it does overheat quickly. Just needs time to cool down to work again.

Decent shredder for the price. It will shred up to 10 sheets and credit cards ( 1 at a time) The only downside to the shredder is that the top is very heavy, which makes it difficult to empty the base of shredded paper.

The shredder has worked flawlessly for all of the documents and credit cards that we have fed it. It is compact and able to remain out of the way when not in use.

If you only need to occasionally shred, this is a great shredder for you. It's light weight, very easy to set up and shreds away. I shred junk mail and random papers, and this is great item to have. Overall, highly recommend.

Shredder is to keep your personal information from getting into the wrong hands also I like the way it cross cuts and the way it cuts up the cards from junk mail that has your personal information like from credit card companies, AARP, bank statements,or other perssonal information, etc.

I was in search of a good home shredder after looking at several places comparing .size cost and capabilities i emded up at best buy ..and im thankful i did. Thank you love the shredder

This is a powerful machine, with fine cross-cut. The only downfall is that it produces a lot of dust, and makes a mess when you empty it. Overall a great purchase though
