Shredder works as expected. I would have liked a larger bin so it could be emptied less often. Otherwise, I have not experienced any jamming or shutdowns due to overheating yet.

I purchased this shredder to handle some home documents and it has proved very useful. I have gone through three boxes of documents without a hitch.

Read a lot of shredder reviews looking for something I could feel reasonably comfortable about purchasing, but couldn't get away from negative comments to the point I gave up. Out of frustration, I just went to Best Buy and picked out a model in my price range with the features I wanted and, so far, haven't had a single complaint with any of its advertised capabilities. I can't give it a fifth star until I see how durable its going to be, but for the routine household shredding we've used it for it's worth the four I've given it.

this is my third or fourth shredder and by far the best. it is quiet, fast, and very efficient. the credit card shredder works so much better than other shredders that i have purchased. i shred all mail that has my name on it so i do go through many over the past 15 years.....

So far so good. I purchased this economical 6-page shredder and a really good price point and I am satisfied with it's performance. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles but that wasn't why a purchased it. The waste container is small and must be emptied often if you are shredding a shoe box of documents but that's why I purchased something small like this. If you are not careful the waste container fills up fast and the shredder ends up getting clogged when it re-cycles shredded material as it piles up so be careful to check it frequently.

This little shredder is great. I've been able to shred piles of papers without it getting overheated. I've had trouble with 10 sheets getting jammed, but 5 sheets go through it without any trouble.

This shredder works great for small shredding jobs. It is a bit loud and its container is not that big, so if you shred tens of pages everyday you may have to empty its container couple of times a day. In general I'm happy with my purchase.

It does a good job of grinding up papers, instead of cutting them into strips. It does jam kind of often

I have not used this yet cuz it is a Christmas present for my daughter, but I have the large version. Insignia 10 cross cut sheet shredder and it's a work horse so I have faith that the 6 sheet will be good as well.

I have had an Insignia before but it was the larger one. This one is a little smaller but works great. I collect so many papers but love to grind up ones with names on it for security. Works great.

The system is easy to use, and with the shredder and the catch basket being integrated, really helps. I had one that just sat on top a waste basket, and it was always falling in the basket. This is much better.

Quiet operation. Easily shreds 3 sheets at a time as well as credit cards. Sturdy construction, top removes and replaces easily for paper disposal. Slightly smaller than expected from photo.

This shredder is cross cut. It shreds very easily and is easy to empty, although it is shorter in height than my last shredder.

Works great for shredding those papers that get sent with ur name and address no more doing By hand.

Looked around for an inexpensive home shredder to de-clutter my files. This one was priced right and does a terrific job. Using it as I find the time, I've cleared out about half of my "file-palooza" and have had no problems.

The gray color is on alight side. I didn’t expect it to that “white” Fora slack of a better description. As what it is supposed to be-it is a good shredder. Rips several sheets at once and is always hungry for more.

Excellent product, easy to use and save me a lot of time not to have to make it myself, don't forget to take out the staples and avoid the sticky papers and everything will be alright

I purchased this because our old one bit the dust and it works great! I like that it has a clear window on the front so you can see how much paper is in the container. I've used this for several months now and have not had any issues!

Good for minor jobs. Recommend if you have a lot to do that you pick a machine that does not overheat as quickly
