    My HP Envy refuses to recognize that it is physically attached to my 5-yr old Dell PC no matter which USB port I plug into. Spent 3 hrs with Geek Squad to no avail. The HP printer sporadically recognizes when it is hooked to the new Asus PC; the rest of the time the printer is "off-line". At least the the Asus recognizes the networked HP printer. I do not believe it's the cable's fault - but rather the HP Envy. Maybe that is why its sold without a printer cable anymore!

    An amazing purchase, this is one of those items you want to tell everyone about. This cable has been designed with the user in mind. A simple bit of pressure on both ends connects your computer to your printer allowing them to "talk" to each other. The amazing part is that this cable actually does what it was designed to do.
