    We could not connect our printer wirelessly with the help of the Geek Squad after trying by phone for two hours, they suggested we buy the USB cable which we did, My husband connected the cable, the printer started working right away & we haven't had any problem with the printer since.

    My son is at college and struggled to connect laptop wirelessly to printer. I spoke to rep at Geek squad and he was so friendly and patient. He immediately knew what I needed and walked me straight to the item. Thank you Geek sqad!!!!

    I bought this to connect my new printer. Since my printer didn't come with cable and I don't use WiFi, I bought the cable to connect directly to my computer. Simple to use and length was great!

    I was looking for a cable to use with my laptop to connect to my printer. I carry my laptop with me a lot. When I find something I want to print, I click print and when I return home I connect the laptop to the printer and viola.... everything prints. It connects to the printer easily but the disconnect is difficult.
